== driver ==
The Linux [[https://www.linux-foundation.org/en/OpenPrinting|printing system]] doesn't include a driver for this printer. But fortunately Kyocera provides it's own PPD-Files. You can download the latest version [[http://www.kyoceramita.eu/index/service/dlc.false.driver.FS4000DN._.EN.html|at this page]]. Setting up this printer is very easy with the cups web interface usualy at http://localhost:631.

== memory upgrade ==
Usually memory upgrades are very expensive because the printer only deals with proprietary moduls (e.g. 100 pin memory for this one). [[http://www.memoryxxl.net/index.php/language/en|This site]] offers very cheap memory for every known printer.
