Howto change a hard drive

This short guide tells you how to change a hard drive of a Medion MD9703 notebook.

To open the case of the notebook turn it to back and remove all 5 screws as the picture shows you.

With a little pressure you can open the front cover.

Lift up the cover.

Again you have to remove a screw. Now you can take the hard drive out of the notebook and carefully pull out the cable.

The hard drive is inserted in a metal case. Get rid of all 4 srews and free it.
